Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your contract with XTRgate you may do so within the first 3 days after you have signed the contract. Do note that you must cancel by the end of the 3rd day before midnight on that day. If you do this correctly your contact with XTRgate will be canceled and you will owe nothing and be under no obligation, plus there will be no penalties.

Canceling After the Refund Period has Expired

You may cancel your XTRgate account at any time after the refund grace period has expired. Any funds that were paid before cancellation will be your full responsibility, including funds that were paid during the most recent preceding contract billing period. Do note that, immediately after cancellation, you will no longer have access to any of XTRgate's services.

How to Cancel Your XTRgate Contract

In order to make sure that your contract is correctly canceled you must contact XTRgate by emailing support at support@xtrgate.com. 

If you feel that cancellation is your best option but you're still unsure, please feel free to contact XTRgate before you cancel as we may be able to help you, correct any problem you may have.
